Jim has lived in Washington State for 40 years and is a successful entrepreneur with international business experience. He holds a BSc in Agriculture and Resource Economics from Oregon State University and supports agribusinesses globally. Despite his interactions with three former Presidents and being referenced in a speech by Hillary Clinton, he hasn't actively participated in elections since 1980. Jim is currently the CEO of his family's international consulting business and imports industrial stainless steel processing equipment from Europe. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, tending to his garden, and traveling. He also has three Standard Poodles and is a devoted fan of Pac-2! 

Nancy Omiliak was born and raised in Vancouver, WA, and has a background in healthcare management and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oregon. Nancy has consistently taken on leadership roles in various volunteer organizations, including serving as PTA Chair, participating as a Board Member for a K-12 school capital campaign, and helping to establish a successful nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and education for cerebrospinal fluid leaks. A lifelong learner, Nancy is passionate about expanding her knowledge and skills. She is an active member of a local book club, enjoys learning new languages, and spends her leisure time with family, knitting, or exploring the latest technologies. 

Jennifer was born and raised in the greater Seattle area, where she developed a deep appreciation for her city and its surrounding natural resources. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and has experience in non-profit management, including a board position at the Mockingbird Society. Currently, she is self-employed in the stainless steel industry, successfully operating her business for over 15 years. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, reading, and is an enthusiastic football fan. 

Yary was born and raised in Cuba. She came to the United States in 2003 seeking freedom from the Communist regime and has called Washington her home since then. She has a passion for good health and nutrition and as a certified nutrition therapist, Yary has volunteered her time to several non-profit programs helping the elderly and Latino community to choose better eating habits for better health.
Yary enjoys learning new languages, dancing , traveling, and exploring the Pacific Northwest hiking trails.
